Brittany Estates is located on the south shores of Lake Griffin in Leesburg, Florida. We benefit greatly from the numerous natural wonders that is central Florida. Our sunny climate is only enhanced by the fantastic natural scenery. We are within easy driving distance from the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. We are also within easy driving distance to Orlando, Tampa, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

Brittany Estates is a friendly 55+ Cooperative community and a great place to work, relax, play, and enjoy life. Whether that be boating on Lake Griffin, relaxing pool side, gathering with neighbors or just reading a book in the sunshine. Come on in and make yourself at home!

Amenities

The amenities at Brittany Estates have been developed over the years to enhance the joy and relaxation of our residents. You can walk through our scenic neighborhood, ride your bike through our gentle hilly streets, drive your golf cart through the park to visit friends, fish at the pier, use of private boat launch to go boating on Lake Griffin, part of the chain of seven lakes in the area.

  • Meet the Team

    The park has a volunteer 9-member resident board of directors. Each board member is elected by fellow residents to a 2-year term to help manage the park. Our Board meets monthly (Oct-April) on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (Annual Meeting in January). The park also employs four staff: we have a Park Manager and assistant in the office, and we have two full time maintenance staff to help support and maintain the park common areas.

  • Surrounding Area

    Lake County is your playground for all ages. Rolling Hills and over 1000 named lakes create the perfect backdrop for lively festivals, unique outdoor attractions, or a casual downtown stroll. Be it bird watching, kayaking, or golfing Lake County has whatever floats your boat. Minutes from Orlando, The Villages, and both Florida Coasts, you can easily enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

  • Social Activities

    Brittany Neighbors is our park social club. They organize and sponsor the events, dances, entertainment, bingo, socials, etc. There are various games, activities, tournaments, and gatherings scheduled throughout the year. Our activities calendar is published in our monthly newsletter as well as maintained on our website under "upcoming events".

  • Marina & Boat Club

    The park has a Boat Club and a Marina Committee whose goal is to maximize the fun surrounding our marina and ensure efficient, safe, and proper use of the marina facilities. Join these teams to meet your fellow boating/water enthusiasts and support park events.
