Brittany Estates is a friendly 55+ resident owned cooperative community. Our willing residents/owners are actively engaged in both maintaining and enhancing the park beauty, as well as volunteering to help plan and run the many activities and events. The strength of the park lies in the quality and participation of the residents. If you are willing and able to help and excel at having fun, this is the park for you!

Clubhouse: Is available for use by all of our residents. This is where we hold our Board of Director meetings, potlucks, host movie events, coffee and donuts, Holiday Dinners, Dances, etc. In the season we have a pool league, bridge club, indoor shuffleboard, dominos, Euchre, Skipbo, hand & foot, Bingo, exercise classes, host monthly breakfasts, ice cream socials, and much more.

Game Room: Our clubhouse has a separate game room with 3 standard pool tables, a shuffleboard table, a ping-pong table, and darts available to residents and their guests.

Just outside of the clubhouse we have several shuffleboard courts as well as Horseshoe pits available. There is also an area for those who are interested in playing a friendly game of pickleball, and don't forget the monthly corn-hole tournaments (in-season) as another option.

The fishing on Lake Griffin is fantastic and we hold an annual fishing tournament for our residents that is followed up with a fish fry. We have several fishermen and fisherwomen who are out on the pier or in their boats daily catching the various types of fish Lake Griffin has to offer. Our park also has a Boat Club that holds many fun activities throughout the season (with or without the need for your own boat). Our park marina has 47-slips (both covered and uncovered, with an associated yearly fee). For those who do not have a slip. we have a private boat ramp for the exclusive use of our residents. The park also offers an indoor facility for cleaning fish after a day's big catch.

The park offers a lakeside, heated and screened-in swimming pool area for use by the residents. The pool is heated 365 days per year, as long as the air temperature is at least 70 degrees. There are weekly swimming aerobics classes in season, hosted and run by fellow residents.

The park maintains a library for the use of the residents with a wide selection of donated books and movies.
The park has a secured area with assigned spots for storing campers, boat trailers, and storage trailers (based on availability).
Trash is picked up twice a week by park maintenance staff for your convenience.
Water and Sewer are covered as part of your monthly assessment, managed and maintained via our own water and sewer facilities.
There is laundry building (usage fee) maintained by our maintenance staff.
